Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Tiny Concepts piece as much as we loved creating it. But hey, if it’s not the perfect fit, we totally get it.

 Exchanges

Changed your mind? No problem! We accept exchanges only while the courier is still at your door. Just make sure your item is:

• Unworn and in perfect condition

• With original tags and packaging

• Returned with the receipt

We'll gladly swap it for another size, color, or style (while supplies last, of course!).

 Refunds

Didn’t fall in love at first try? If the fit or feel isn’t quite what you expected, no worries you're eligible for an immediate refund, but only while the courier is still at your doorstep. Once they leave, we consider it yours to keep.
